Our founder has a passion for engaging the world in the most effective tools the world has to offer.  For optimizing a company this is Theory of Constraints which is a process of ongoing improvement used by many of the largest companies in the world.  While on the technology stacks we highly recommend Boomi as it is easy to use, implement, design, test, and solve business solutions.  Exepron has been used by some of the largest projects in the world for use in any size business.

Our founder, Chris Boyk, has 25 years of experience in Information Technology with  4 years as an architect, 7 as an incident manager, and 14 years as a process improvement expert.  He has a Doctorate of Business Administration and written multiple papers on decision making, incident management, and project management in the utility space, manufacturing, and medical industries.

Most engagements start with a simple lunch and learn where we talk about your needs and desires for where the organization is and where it wants to be.  From there we discuss root causes of why your organization is where it is and what the next steps can be.  

We will work with your team to develop a strategy and tactics document outlining what your organization is looking to engage in and how an improvement can be achieved.  

A critical chain project plan will be developed from the start of the project to the end and validated from the end of the project to the start to ensure success for your organization.  

Often when we are working with you we will bring in a third party who will be selling your Boomi IT services or your Exepron project management services as those partners will be selling you the services directly while controlling their price. 

For training courses on Incident Management, Conflict Resolution, Theory of Constraints Improvement, Critical Chain Project Management, Shattering Silos, or other services developed by Boyk Consulting, we will engage your team directly.  

During this phase we will work with your organization to ensure the most successful outcomes are defined and agreed upon by both parties.  

In most projects this is the longest phase where Boyk Consulting will implement the agreed upon requirements defined in the contract phase, provide status reports, and deliver the highest quality solution available.  

We typically bill on a monthly basis for services rendered during a given month.  Terms are negotiated during the contract phase.

Once services are rendered from the execution phase we will continue to check in on you from time to time to ensure the solution is working as expected and you have achieved your success.
